Adam Sandler's Feature Film "Grown ups"

HOUMA — When Adam Sandler's “Grown Ups” hits the big screen this weekend, audiences will find a Raceland native hamming it up along with Sandler and comic cohorts Chris Rock, Kevin James and David Spade. Ashley Loren, 19, who moved from Raceland to California several years ago, plays Bridget Hilliard, daughter of Rob Schneider's character, Rob Hilliard, in the movie. In 2007, Loren swept the awards for her age category, including recognition as Actress of the Year, at the International Presentation of Performers, or iPOP!, competition in Los Angeles. After her iPOP! performance, agents started asking for Loren, and at 16, she moved to California to pursue acting her acting career. She is currently signed with Bonnie Ventis from Clear Talent Group in Los Angeles.
